Managers can view work schedules and view feedback from engineers including inspection reports. Reports are produced with minimum admin.

Managers can accept or pass back work requests or provide pre-costs to clients. Thus minor repairs can be sanctioned whilst engineer is still present.

Managers have full visability of completed, pending and failed works or inspections. This being flagged up at the client end for order initiation.
